Doula Services
The word "doula" is derived from the Greek word meaning "women who serves". As your doula I will provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labor and birth. I will provide continuous evidence-based information to help you feel confident through the birthing journey. These are special moments where I can assure that you have a smooth transition into parenthood.
When signing on with me as your Birth Doula these are the services I provide:

Complimentary visit to get to know each other. This can be either via video chat or in person at my studio.

1-2 Prenatal Visits.

Unlimited support through pregnancy.

1 free 60 Minute Prenatal Massage.

Reduced rate for prenatal massages and up to 6 months postpartum.

Offer evidence-based education to ensure parent(s) are confident going into labor.

Immediate postpartum support for 1-2 hours following delivery, help establish breastfeeding, answer any questions or help alleviate concerns.

On Call at 37 Weeks.

1 postpartum visit.
