A birth doula provides guidance and reassurance throughout pregnancy and labor, helping you understand your options, advocate for your preferences, and create an environment that feels safe and supportive. Research shows that having a doula present can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions, and a more positive birth experience overall.

• Free consultation to connect, discuss your goals, and ensure we're a good fit. 

• Prenatal visit to explore your vision for birth, review comfort measures, and create a personalized plan.

• Unlimited access for support via phone, text, or email during pregnancy.

• On call availability beginning at 37 weeks until your baby arrives. 

• Evidence based resources to help guide your decisions with confidence.

• Local resource referrals for trusted community care and wellness providers.

• Free 1-hour prenatal massage

• Reduced 60-minute massage pricing up to six months postpartum.

• Immediate postpartum support after baby arrives 1-2 hours 

• In-home postpartum visit to check in, process your birth experience, and offer continued care.
